Sasha Woodard
It was during my yoga teacher training in 2010 when my eyes were opened to a new world. Yoga. This world was new to me then and it continues to amaze and inspire me to live life fully, boldly, and with much love for myself and all beings. Since my training, I am honored and humbled to have been able to guide almost 2,500 classes, an estimated 25,000 students, and lead 16 yoga retreats in Colorado and Mexico.
So is there more to me than yoga? Yes! My life feels like a collection of passions. This includes my amazing family, laughing until it hurts, and being in nature. Dancing my heart out, traveling, and gathering and engaging with like-minded people are right up there.
I look forward to guiding you through your yoga practice in order to live fully, boldly, and with love for yourself and the world.

Shawna Jackson
Shawna discovered yoga when she was recovering from a knee injury that kept her from racing her bike for several months. The knee eventually healed, and a love for asana persisted. She completed her teacher training in 2013 and has taught ever since. You can join her for Power, Flow, or Restore where you'll be warmly welcomed. Shawna believes yoga is for every body, and she will help you find a practice where you can grow, flow, or rest.
For Shawna, teaching is in her blood. She's been faculty and now a department chair at a local college for 25 years. She loves her daughters, traveling, her grand-dog, and the very first cup of coffee in the morning. When she's not in the studio, you can find her on a snowy hike, enjoying live music, talking to her houseplants, or planning her next travel adventure. She believes 80s music is a pure gift we need to never stop enjoying, new shoes > than new clothes, and tofu is inedible.

Heather Gerard
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years. Whether I am teaching or practicing, I feel like I can just be. In my classes, I like to share thoughtful readings that resonate with me, my life experiences and mostly what I need to hear. I hope to provide encouragement, peace with what is, and space for growth. My connections with my students are why I love to teach and are an important part of who I am. What each one of my students gives back to me is beyond fulfilling and why I continue to teach.
I am also grateful for my yoga teachers who continue to challenge and inspire me. Both practicing and teaching have helped me navigate life and what comes my way. I am still figuring it out and find myself struggling, but yoga continually reminds me (because I seem to forget) to live each moment mindfully, to accept what is, trust what is to come, and give myself a lot of grace along the way.
Outside of yoga, I am more of a homebody and prefer being with my family, my two cats and two dogs, and a book or Netflix. I also enjoy time with friends, lifting weights, walking my dogs, concerts, traveling, and an occasional nine holes of golf.

Lucie Yepez
Lucie first began her yoga journey when she was in her undergrad pursuing a minor in dance from the University of Washington. Her modern dance program encouraged dancers to explore yoga and its foundations for inspiration in combos and for strength and conditioning. Lucie eventually found Foss Yoga when she moved to Fort Collins; she draws on her background and experiences with dance, barre, and yoga to create fun, high-energy, and challenging classes.
Outside of the studio, Lucie is a General Manager for a construction company based in Seattle, Washington and is pursuing her Masters in Civil Engineering: Construction Engineering.
