Fusion 60
Fusion 60 combines Vinyasa and traditional hot yoga postures in a set sequence to help you measure progress over time. Prepare to sweat the stress away-- Fusion 60 is taught in a heated studio as a 60-minute class. Experience the calming effects of creating a mind-body connection in this expertly sequenced class.

Fusion Twist 60
Fusion Twist is a heated class that combines Vinyasa and traditional hot yoga postures in a set sequence to help you measure progress over time. As a "sequel" to the Fusion class you know and love, this is a fantastic class to move into as there is an added challenge of twists, new balancing poses, and more.

Slow Flow 60
This non-heated class is perfect for recovery days and focuses on lengthening muscle, fascia, and tissue through thoughtful sequencing. You’ll learn about your body and find release for tension. This class is suitable for all levels. Those that attend regularly will experience the benefits of mind-body connection and breath work.

Restore 60/75
Restore is a class that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. Props are used in this class to achieve alignment and support. Yin 60
This Yin class consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that work areas of the body especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for between three and five minutes. In Vinyasa yoga, muscles move us. But in this class, we focus on using various poses and props to help relieve deep fascia and ligaments that take pressure and impact in our day-to-day workouts and activities.
