Meet Lucie Yepez!
Y’all, have you met Lucie yet? Let me just tell you, she is a ray of beautiful sunshine! Lucie started teaching here at Foss a little over a year ago, and we all fell in love im-me-di-ate-ly.
Lucie is one of the incredibly brave souls that teaches the Sculpt class format ! If you have ever taken one of her classes, and wonder to yourself “How the heck does she do that?!” I’ll solve the mystery for you. She’s a superhero. Plain and simple.
Teaching Sculpt is a hard endeavor…not only do you have to do the class (which is so hard), you have to cue the movements, inspire your students, keep count….oh yeah, and you have to remember to BREATHE!! It’s a special talent.
Foss is so lucky to have Lucie. Not only is she so darn good at teaching, she is so joyful and lovely to be around. Next time you see Lucie and the studio or take one of her classes, make sure to say hi and thank her for showing up to kick our booties every week!
THANKFUL for YOU!
This year at the dinner table, I’m saying an extra little thank you for all of our wonderful students.
Expectation vs. reality
What should you expect from taking a weekly yoga class vs a once-in-a-while class? Both have benefits!
So, you want to start attending 5:30am?
Fall back is November 6th— use it as an opportunity to try an early morning class!
